By using KidSense you agree to these terms. Please read them, especially the medical disclaimer. KidSense is operated by TenhetApp (contact: info@tenhetapp.com).
KidSense is a tool for adults to log and get reminders about a child’s daily care (medications, bathroom events, routines, notes), shared among the caregivers you invite.
KidSense is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It does not recommend, calculate, or verify medication doses — it only records what you enter. Always rely on your child’s healthcare provider for medical decisions, and call your provider or emergency services for medical concerns. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you log and for your caregiving decisions.
You must be an adult to use KidSense. Keep your login secure. You’re responsible for who you invite to a child’s circle and for the activity under your account. Invite only people you trust to view and log that child’s care.
KidSense offers an auto-renewing subscription, KidSense Plus ($6.99/month or $49.99/year, with a 7-day free trial on the annual plan; prices may vary by region). Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Free trials convert to paid unless canceled before they end. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.
Don’t misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to breach security or access data outside your circle, no reverse engineering, and no use that infringes others’ rights.
You keep ownership of the information you enter. You grant us the limited right to store and process it to operate the service (see the Privacy Policy). You’re responsible for having the right to enter information about the children and people in your circles.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to keep the service reliable but don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free — including the timely delivery of reminders.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TenhetApp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any health outcome, missed or duplicated dose, or reliance on a reminder. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
You may stop using KidSense and delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and your state of residence, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
