KidSense

KidSense Privacy Policy

Effective: June 30, 2026

KidSense is a shared caregiving log that lets the adults caring for a child track medications, bathroom events, routines, and notes together. This policy explains what we collect and why. We do not sell your data, show ads, or track you across other apps.

Who runs KidSense

KidSense is operated by TenhetApp. Contact: info@tenhetapp.com.

Who uses KidSense

KidSense is for adults (parents, guardians, and the caregivers they invite). The account holder is an adult. A child is a subject you track — children do not create accounts or use the app themselves.

What we collect

We do not collect location, contacts, advertising identifiers, or analytics that identify you.

How we use it

Who it’s shared with

We never sell your data or share it for advertising.

Storage & security

Data is stored with Supabase (PostgreSQL) and encrypted in transit. Access is enforced row-by-row so a caregiver can only see children in their own circle.

Retention & deletion

You can delete your account in Settings → Delete Account (see Delete Account). This permanently removes your account, the children you own, and all of their logs. Logs you recorded on another family’s child are retained as part of that family’s history, but your name is removed from them.

Your choices

Not medical advice

KidSense is a logging and reminder tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and never recommends or calculates doses. Always follow your healthcare provider’s instructions.

Changes

We’ll update this page and the “Effective” date when this policy changes.
