Delete your KidSense account

You can permanently delete your KidSense account and data from inside the app — no need to contact us.

1. Open KidSense on your iPhone.
2. Go to the Settings (gear icon, top-right of the Home screen).
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm.

What gets deleted

• Your account and login.
• The children you own and all of their logs (medications, bathroom, routines, notes).
• Your circle memberships, profile, and device/reminder tokens.

Logs you recorded on another family’s child are kept as part of that family’s history, but your name is removed from them.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. If you can’t access the app, email info@tenhetapp.com and we’ll delete your account for you.
