Terms of Service

Effective July 4, 2026

These Terms govern your use of the PointSense app ("PointSense," "we," "us"). By using PointSense, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. What PointSense does

PointSense helps you track loyalty points and miles, estimate their value, receive expiry and devaluation alerts, store travel documents, and — with Pro — get AI redemption guidance, automatic email balance updates, and household sharing. You add your own information; we don't connect to your bank, card issuer, or airline accounts.

2. Estimates, not advice

Point valuations, "best use" summaries, and AI Advisor suggestions are estimates for informational purposes only. They are not financial, travel, or professional advice, and are not guarantees. Award availability, transfer ratios, redemption rates, and program rules are controlled entirely by the loyalty programs and can change at any time. Always confirm details directly with the relevant program before making decisions. You are responsible for how you use your points.

3. Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for activity under your account. Keep your email access secure, since sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email.

Don't misuse the app: no unlawful use, no attempts to breach security or access other users' data, no reverse engineering, scraping, or overloading our systems, and no uploading of content you don't have the right to store.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add (balances, documents, goals). You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the app's features, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

PointSense is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't warrant that valuations, alerts, or the app will be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PointSense and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost points, missed redemptions, or expired rewards, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using PointSense and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. We'll revise the "Effective" date above and, for material changes, provide notice in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
