DaySense

DaySense Terms of Service

Effective: July 9, 2026

By using DaySense you agree to these terms. DaySense is operated by TenhetApp (contact: info@tenhetapp.com).

1. What DaySense is

DaySense is a tool that helps you understand what makes your good days good: it generates a provisional “good-day profile” from days you describe, and refines it as you log short nightly check-ins. Pro features add per-day suggestions and weekly summaries.

2. Honest limits of the insights

DaySense’s profiles, setups, and weekly reads are provisional observations computed from your own logs, narrated by an AI model. They are not guarantees, predictions, or professional advice, and early reads are explicitly uncertain — that’s by design. You are responsible for your own decisions.

3. Not medical or mental-health advice

DaySense is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, or mental-health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have health concerns, talk to a qualified professional.

4. Your account

You can use DaySense before creating an account; creating one preserves your data across devices. Keep your login secure — you’re responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13.

5. DaySense Pro (subscriptions)

DaySense offers an auto-renewing subscription, DaySense Pro ($4.99/month or $39.99/year, with a 7-day free trial on the annual plan; prices may vary by region). Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Free trials convert to paid unless canceled before they end. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to breach security or access other users’ data, no reverse engineering, and no automated abuse of the AI features.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of what you write in DaySense. You grant us the limited right to store and process it to operate the service — including the AI processing described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Availability & changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to keep the service reliable but don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TenhetApp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You can stop using DaySense and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We’ll update this page and the “Effective” date when these terms change. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
