Delete Your DaySense Account

You can permanently delete your DaySense account and all of your data at any time.

In the app

1. Open DaySense.
2. Go to Settings → Delete Account.
3. Confirm. This permanently removes your account, your good-day profile, and all of your check-ins, setups, and weekly reads. This cannot be undone.

By email

If you can’t access the app, email info@tenhetapp.com from the address on your account and we’ll delete it for you.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an active DaySense Pro subscription — Apple manages billing. Cancel in your App Store account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) before or after deleting your account.
