These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Aftercove mobile application and related services (the “Service”), provided by Tenhetapp (“Tenhetapp,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
Aftercove helps you organize recovery plans and ongoing daily care — medications, routines, notes, reminders, and shared coordination with family you invite. Some features use AI to help organize information and provide general, non-diagnostic guidance.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You may invite others into a care circle and may add information about the person you care for. You represent that you have the authority to share that information and to grant circle members access to it. You are responsible for who you invite and the access level you assign.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: violating any law or the rights of others; uploading content you don’t have the right to share; attempting to breach security or access data that isn’t yours; reverse engineering the Service; or using it to harm others.
You retain ownership of the information and files you submit (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you and your care circle, including sending relevant content to our AI provider to generate features you request. You are responsible for Your Content.
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Tenhetapp and its licensors and is protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
The Service relies on third parties (including Apple, Supabase, Anthropic, RevenueCat, and Expo). Your use may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any AI-generated content is accurate or complete.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tenhetapp will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD $50.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tenhetapp from claims arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or its users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in that state, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
